Trouble withdrawing from UB

Hey guys...not sure if this is the right forum for this. If not then please move it.

I cannot withdraw from UB. When I go to withdraw it tells me I am not allowed to at this time. Have any of you had this problem? I emailed them and as usual they are clueless and have yet to give me an answer after 3 days of constantly emaling them. If anyone knows what their problem is please let me know.

Think it's been discussed in the site / skins forum. You have to fax them all kinds of I.D. Generally it seems they suck.

yeah but i have withdrawn large sums of money in the past with no problems

no im just saying i havent had any problems in the past even since they incorporated mailing checks I have had no problems

I can withdraw checks from UB with no problem. Unless you count waiting a month a problem. I tried to set up a wire and they keep canceling it with very weird reasons for doing so. I think they purposly do so in order to keep that month of working capital with your money.
