You'd obviously just blow it on 200-400NL in 2 hours.

It's weird how unsatisfying this score was btw, I played like crap on the FT. It being 4-8 am here didn't help since I was dead tired, but goddamn was I weak-tight. Stoweski totally pwned me.

Soul from the little bit I saw of Ft everyone was soo weaktight. If anyone decided to step up when it was 5 handed for like an hour you could have ran over the table. That was a good spot to lag it up esp once stow got to 8-9bbs cuz he knows he has 0FE over a 3bb open.

shaun, the worst part is I knew this. I guess I'm still a bit hindered by the cash at stake here (although I don't give a rat's ass about anything below 4th or so), unlike smaller MTTs where I truly only want 1st. I think it's mostly an experience thing, but still I'm a bit disappointed in myself.

You won't believe how many times people folded to stow with odds of 2.5:1 and better though...

I know, his squeeze where he doubled up without even seeing a flop was hilarious. It's good that you noticed it but you really need to forget about the money. The mindset you were using is why LAG works sooo well deep at a tourny. That is why I get so many 1st over 2nds and 3rds I attack. Yah when I went out in the 20k I was in for 4th a few nights ago I was angry, not because I went out was cuz I didn't play my game I sat back and played passive. This was only your 2nd big FT in a while and it's also a lot harder with so many people there sweating. You prob also didn't want to look like a fish in everyones eyes watching busting out on a resteal with 78s or something right? Anyways the more FTs with serious money at the end you do the more immune you will be to it. And that's when you will get the 1sts regularly. GL

Soulman,

I've actually never played higher than 2/4 at NL.

But according to PT I have played 200ish hands at 15/30 Limit.
