Cops have stopped by my apartment on a few occasions. Goes like this. They knock on the door...

Me: "Do you have a warrant?"
Them: "No"
Me: "Good night sir"

[/ QUOTE ]

A $1 bottle of lysol would solve this problem.

If a real cops wants to search your car on a traffic stop and you say no, wont they just impound the car, get a warrant and search it anyways?

I can't wait until you post a TR that involves jail, community service, probation, fines, etc.

Looks like that will be in your future soon.

My other post, about the shrooms, displayed my stupidity, and it was definitely a situation that I brought upon myself. This, however was unavoidable. You can argue that I shouldn't keep lots of illegal items in my dorm room, which may be true. That's another debate though. But I also NEVER smoke inside my room, and had I been caught tonight, it would have been a product of bad luck. Not exactly in my hands.

[/ QUOTE ]

Wrong. DUCY?

[/ QUOTE ]
My point is that I am using marijuana in a very careful manner. Obviously I could not even mess with weed at all. But the first time I was busted out of pure stupidity. If I had been busted again, it would have been bad luck, through no fault of my own(besides possessing the marijuana, and smoking it in your dorm room, essentially making it your fault )

[/ QUOTE ]

Take some responsibility for your actions, but good job keeping the pimp hand strong on the cops.

[/ QUOTE ]

He's said multiple times that they weren't smoking in his dorm room.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, he was "using marijuana in a very careful manner". i.e. driving around hotboxing

[/ QUOTE ]

yeah, lol at that

No, unless they lie to a judge. They have to have good cause. They can't just randomly search people's cars for no reason.

haha @ people confusing campus security with real police.

OP lives in a dorm, he can't not open the door. Also, in most colleges, you will probably still get written up for "marijuana". Me and my roommates got in trouble a few times in college with no smoke or marijuana found. Just the smell of it was enough for us to be "convicted".

P.S. I miss college.

Yes, this addition to the thread is pure stupidity. I ran a stop sign on a community college campus and their security tried to pull me over--I kept going. NFW I'm pulling over for the flashing yellows. Campus cops are the real deal.
