Invalid Full Tilt HHs in Tourney Manager

I just downloaded Tourney Manager, which seems like a great program, but when I tried to import my hand histories from Full tilt sit-n-gos that I had played into the program, about 10% of them come up with an error saying "invalid finish position". Any idea what's causing this problem?
