Default NL50 6max vs. NL100 6max

I'm trying to get myself mentally prepared to make the jump from $50 NL to $100 NL on partypoker. I've been playing at $50 for a while, been beating it for around 5PTBB/100 over something like 25k hands. I feel pretty confident that I can beat the $50 game and am ready to try to play at the next level. I was wondering what differences people have noticed in the level/style of play that they saw at $50 NL vs. $100 NL as well as the adjustments that they had to make to succeed at the next level. Right now my stats are like 23/9/2, so I'm slightly worried that I'm not being aggressive enough and I'll get run over as I move up levels. Anyway, please share whatever insights you have on the differences between the games and what it takes to continue winning as you move up levels. I really appreciate it.

Edit: I have a little over 20 buyins for $100 NL, which I've heard is somewhat of a guideline.

I'd play 50k hands atleast before moving up; why not?
