It seems all sites are having check issues right now. The UIGEA is scaring the payment processors apparently and they're slow walking everyone. I guess Poker Stars is the only site paying good right now.

early-to-middle of last week I received two $5k checks in the mail regular delivery. Both checks took no longer than 10 days to arrive. Both checks cleared. I have two more checks that I cashed out a few days ago. I'll try to remember to post here when they show up.

i have been waiting for two $5k cashouts. previously, it has always only taken about a week. it is now 2 weeks and counting so i sent an email. the response i received explained to me that it has only been 10 business days and the average us postal time is 15 business days. and then i also got this at the bottom of the email.......

"Congratulations on your recent cashouts! If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to email."

congratulations??? seriously. wtf..........

i'm thinking instead of cashing out 2 5k checks a week it might be better to do a bi-weekly 20k wire transfer? These go smooth right?

I have made several large cashouts from FTP in the last couple weeks (Hidden brag post) and they all seem to hit my account in the late morning... I made one at like 10 AM (after a late session were I went deep in tourney [second hidden brag]) and was like "I wonder if they are going to get this to me this morning"? And in about 15 min it appeared... I'm not complaining the last two cashouts I did at pokerstars (third) have been really slow... the first just over their "at the most 72 hours" and the second I'm almost up to 3 days on now... Then again since I'm been waiting on a bodog check for almost 20 days (forth) I don't have much to complain about...

I have never done a wire transfer...what do the people that have think of them?

And HEK, thanks for the update...so far, you are the only one reporting anything good. And please do keep us updated on your other withdrawals. I'm waiting on 5k and will report when I get it.

I just e-mailed support to find out if they can make an exception to the 20k minimum for wire transfers since i won a wsop sattelite and needed 12k in time to go play. Worth a shot i guess.

Receiving an incoming wire should not cost $35. That is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE if your bank is charging that.
