Winning FPP from sats?

As I've understood, FTP rewards you the prize in money if you have already won the seat to the tournament of the current satellite.

Does that mean I can farm sats for sats to win FPP, or does this rule not apply in this case?

Found the question to my answer right after I posted. In case someone else is wondering:

You will get the FPP worth of winnings refunded to your account, but you have to e-mail them.
