Re: BetWWTS support = retarded.
[ QUOTE ]
That is not what support told me. I was told I could withdraw funds at any time, but lost the bonus funds. Am I missing something? -SFWUSC [/ QUOTE ] Yes. You probably can withdraw 'funds' at anytime, funds being what belongs to you. You can't withdraw the bonus funds unless you've cleared the wagering requirements. You were right tho that a good way to get out of it is to arb both sides of a game and hopefully 'bust' your money along with the bonus to another book. I'll say it again for people who don't understand. A bonus is NOT a free bet. If you bet your bonus and lose and you havne't cleared the bonus you're losing your own money from your withdrawable balance, not bonus money. This goes for nearly any sportsbook, |

Re: BetWWTS support = retarded.
[ QUOTE ]
Thremp, my signup bonus has already been cleared. That is what is so damn weird about this. I am looking forward to hearing back from support, hopefully they just somehow manually credit the rollover to the RAFs. -Brendan [/ QUOTE ] I don't know anything. I would expect something different than normal when crediting 14 RAFs. |

Re: BetWWTS support = retarded.
OK, guys this isn't about the $20 that I wanted to withdraw... this is about them REMOVING the $20 when I said "no" twice. Read the transcript I posted, I don't know how anyone can justify what the supervisor is saying.
Unfortunately, I don't have the right transcript BEFORE signing up on the site where the guy had me believing the $20 could bet bet on anything and still get my $100 back. I thought the $20 could be bet, but before I take out that $20 + winnings I would have to clear the $540 or w/e rollover requirement. I chatted with the support team 3 times before signing up on the site, and the only one I emailed to myself was the "Confirm this, does this look right?" for Monday Night. Again, this isn't about me wanting the $20 to be withdrawn, this is about them taking the $20 bonus out when I said "No" as I was still probably going to leave the funds in the account for a few months. |
