errr do you realize I risked my whole BR (4500 at the time) and only left with 5k?

By the way when I'm not pulling this crap I'm a winning player.

Seriously.

Im nearly 100 percent that doesn't make sense.

methinks your right.

He bought into the table for $2000, being down $1500. Lost $500, so hes at -$2000. Then reloads. So 2000 down and 2000 on the table. He then gets up to $2500. So he is now down $1500. He then wins a $5000 pot, netting him $2500, therefor, a total gain of $1000.

Thats the beauty of martingale: minimum gain maximum pain.

Don't be upset. For every 3 players like this...one posts here about his "comeback" and 2 are never heard from again.

you're right i actually managed to lose around 1k before i reloaded the rest of my roll. But the official numbers are still 4500->5000.

And whats with all the hate saying I suck at poker, etc. Can't you just give me credit for a sick read/calldown (especially with the extra pressure of not having a second chance if I lose) instead of telling me I'm a calling station based off of 1 hand. Believe it or not I was not tilting at all at the time and I firmly believed I had the best hand based on previous actions of the player I was against.

Brag: Made it to 3rd level twice today, BR = 7k now ship ship.

Edit: Beat: I probably will be broke soon anyways.

I've never been big on blogs so I doubt I'll be starting one anytime soon, but I'll continue to share amusing anecdotes with BBV as they occur. You guys would love my graph. Too bad I got tilted so hard one day that I withdrew my roll and deleted everything to do with poker on my comp and haven't gotten pokertracker back since. I'll try to recover it.

Calling the river in that spot might be a'right if you don't mind losing 1 BI but...man, c'mon, you called 100% of your b/r there. I dunno if it's balla, insane, stupid or brilliant.

One of us has no idea how to play poker, and it might very well be me.

A+ ballsy.
