he didn't seem to crazy, but he wasn't sitting at the table very long yet.... didn't really see him do much before

My experience at this level finds this play to be AA more times than not. Without some sort of read I like a fold here.

Limp then a reraise in EP.....This to me smells of AA or KK.

I'd fold pre flop.

yes its often AA or KK if we he would be short it could be lots of things but that deep your probably behind here.

AA/KK easy fold readless. Even aggro Tags at this level rarely do this without AA/KK.
