Default NL25 - 55 on the 5(46) Flop R and RR after me

I have no stats on these players.
What is your action here after raise and RR. Too tough decision to me, but considering the limit, I went all in.

Hand looks fine, sometimes I overbet-lead flop but your line is good.

I usually raise the pot preflop with a pp, even out of position. The limping guys could have any two cards, so why give them a chance to outflop yo, when you're most likely ahead? I raise the pot preflop, and make them pay.

On the flop. You've flopped what you hoped for, but with that action, someone most likely have you beat. Tough luck, but raise pot preflop, and if you don't catch your set, c-bet, and then it's just a formality to c/f if you get action.

BB had 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (a straight Two to Six) and WON (+$29.85)
UTG had 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (a pair of Sixes) and LOST (-$8.10)
Hero had 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (three of a kind, Fives) and LOST (-$23.50)

Raise pocket pairs preflop. Period. The end. As played, I play it the same and fill up on turn/river.

Raise even from SB anb BB? Do you worry about how many limpers there are in the game already?

A lot of the time yes. If you don't raise, then you have to be careful on drawy boards.

If you question this, I'd suggest reading the post in the stickies regarding how to play 6-max basics. Not being confrontational, just saying it may possibly open your eyes.

PP's are so powerful when they flop sets that you make far more money in raised pots when you hit them that it makes up for when you don't.

Again, even I don't raise 22 from the SB with a table of limpers 100%, depends on table makeup, my image etc. But yes, the default play is to raise pre. Follow?

Others wanna chime in here?
