I had no stats on the players when I played the hand as the auto import timer in PT hadnt expired since i sat at the table.

Advice on what to do here would be much appreciated(want to see if I did the right thing)

Also does your opinion change on finding out opponents stats
are 8/3/4.6 ?

Well I did what you seem to advise. Of course he turned over AK. Didnt know whether seeing his stats I could give him credit for it.
