I have the same problem, can't find a not. button.

I banned a spamer
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showfl...=0#Post11161356

and after checking spamers posts I had only the possibility to move the topic to the mod forum and ask other the mods to check OP and their forums...

I'm assuming mods just get a PM or something?

I thought mods just got a PM too.
When I was first a mod I received zero notifications for a long time. No biggie. Nothing was happening in the forum at that time anyway.

A few months later I learned (perhaps I asked about it because I was curious) that it was via e-mail.
Ummm, thanks for telling me guys. I had an ancient e-mail registered on my 2+2 account and didn't know I needed to change it to an active address.

Such is life in the world of mods.

Also, your mod-notification shows up as coming from your regular e-mail address I think (not from 2+2 or anything like that).

we used to get notified every time a temp ban expired, it sucked

[/ QUOTE ]

don't remember that being fixed when I was around.

It definitely sucked.

Every day or every other day some poster you never heard of had some 2 day ban expire and you would receive a PM about it.

Stabn very eloquently captures the essence of the annoying and mighty flashing-envelope thingee every time so-and-so's temp-ban would end.
