Default Reviewing hands on PT

I'm about the start reviewing the 8000ish hands that I have on PokerTracker for 2c/5c NLHE. I'm pretty much going to go through every hand that either has a big profit or a large loss, and see if there are any reoccurring patterns. I have no idea what I should be looking for exactly, or if this is the best way to go about it. I see a lot of regulars there, so what's the best way for my to really try to figure out these regulars? Are there any numbers that I should be aware of, or should I go ahead and just look at individual hands and see what I can find? Thanks in Advance.
