I'd probably fire again to represent the ace, easy fold if he raises, and if he calls c/f the river.
your other option is c/f turn, c/f river which is fine too if he's a nit or you otherwise feel he's calling flop with top pair |

betting again sucks bad, because you are wanting him to fold a jack, and he pretty much definitely doesn't fold a jack. |
