Default FTP 80nl deep - river bluff

im playing agaisnt a guy called actiondaniel atm
he seems quite solid
i´m trying to get into that whole deep stakced palying thing...
is this good?

fold preflop, not even close

in theory if you had a reasonable hand that totally whiffed and you just had to make a move on this particular board... it's still bad... usually if he's calling the turn he's calling the blankest of blank rivers

his range imo is pretty heavily polarized in the direction of overpairs?

More like what hands can you have that he should fold to. You can have like AKh-AQh, and JJ. That's the only things you're playing this confidently. And when there are 5 combos of hands in your range (unless he knows you call with small suited connectors to 3-bets), you're repping too narrow of a range to get him to fold most pairs, especially if he has the ace or king of hearts.

well im talking about the river in particular...
he´s getting 2-1 can he call with AA-QQ? or do you expect a good tag to da so?

"Deep Stack" does not equal super donk spew! Took idea a little too far. The answer to your question is unimportant because playing poker in order to profit you will never get into this situation. If you've ever heard of alien situations, this is one. The streets previous to the river were misplayed too badly.

If he called the turn, he's probably calling the river. If he folded, he's probably not a good tag.

turn and river are good.

flop depends on his dbl brling frequency, i'd prefer a better hand pf
