Re: Beat: Absolute is *actually* rigged (serious) (read me)
[ QUOTE ]
This "super-user" account doesn't mean that it's rigged. It means that the site has been compromised. There is a difference imo. [/ QUOTE ] poor wording on my part |

It's still obvious this guy was cheating, but he's also clearly horrible at poker.

so I think the bottom line is, is our money still safe? or is this going to be neteller part 2 [/ QUOTE ] since the point of having money at a poker site is to play poker, I think the question of "should I have money at AP right now" is pretty academic. that said, it's probably fine. |

[ QUOTE ] This "super-user" account doesn't mean that it's rigged. It means that the site has been compromised. There is a difference imo. [/ QUOTE ] No difference. There is no reason in the world you should create such account. If you allow at all such practices, it's very tempting for the programmers to plugin backdoors in form of bugs etc. If such user exists, it is absolutely 100% sure that it will be compromised at some point. There is one scenario actually - such user might have been created for broadcasting online events ... Other poker sites might have done it too. But it's still dumb idea (assuming there is such superuser vs. exploited player PCs/made up case) [/ QUOTE ] How does the expose your holecards work at on stars? During the final table of the sunday million players can choose to allow their holecards to be shown. |
