They are refusing to return the funds I have on deposit with them because I am in the US. They are giving me the run around via email. Every other site returned my funds on deposite when the stopped allowing US players, and neteller returned my money as well.

But this site can not because they would be breaking the law to do so? (this is what they are telling me).

Any helpful suggestions or information that I could use in efforts to get my money back would be apprecated.

And be aware, they are basically stealing from me. You have been warned about this scumbag site.

That's odd. I had no trouble getting my money out when they kicked out Americans. Did you just recently try to withdraw your funds or has this been ongoing?

Also, if you know anyone from outside the US maybe they can accept the payment for you and trade you on another site. Does anyone still play on Code or is it dead?
