Check out his site:

here's a quote:

Born and raised in Vancouver, Booth honed his unique playing style in the same sort of smoky, backroom games that poker legends such as Doyle Brunson and T.J. Cloutier once populated decades earlier in Texas. Unlike many of today’s younger breed of player, Booth, now 30, never read a poker book while learning the game, instead relying upon experience and an acute instinct for reading people and situations to achieve his BUSTONESS.

Older school players,

wasn't BB a regular in the old 50/100 games on UB in the Mahatma days, and a pretty definite winner?

[/ QUOTE ]

I would imagine a lot of SSNL regs these days would have been able to beat the rake in the old 50/100 UB days. Hell, even FGators might have been a winner.

[/ QUOTE ]

You've got to be kidding me. You know how many great players played in that game? People who helped shape todays game? Plus it was only like 18 months ago.

Also, LOL at Brad talking about 5k being a lot of money, when he was spending 25k a month to live at the Bellagio. Guess being busto gives you appreciation for the value of a dollar!

I think it's freaking hilarious that he's playing 25/50 to make a $2000 nut every day. I guess that explains why he's been haunting the 2/4 PLO tables on FTP.

Really bizarre commercial for poker water

Saw this in one of the links on the side of the page. Does Booth really endorse this stuff?
