Default Flopped flush draw in BB shove or raise?

Edit: Sorry for the confusion...I was BB in this hand.

I played this hand from the BB for a raise from a villain who was 60/10/3.8 over 40 hands. I felt that even though I was OOP I'd try to take the hand away from him on the flop.

Ultimate Bet
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.01./$0.02.
3 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
Button: $1.05
SB: $2.09
Hero: $2.55

Pre-flop: (3 players) Hero is BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Button calls, <font color="#cc0000">SB raises to $0.08</font>, Hero calls, Button folds.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($0.18, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $0.06</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $0.36</font>, SB calls.

Should I have shoved the flop, or is the raise ok?

Turn: 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($0.9, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $0.1</font>, Hero calls.

I felt I had to make this no-brainer call because I was getting 10:1. Also, it's pretty clear villain caught a piece of the flop and can't let the hand go.

River: J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($1.1, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets $0.1</font>, Hero folds.
Uncalled bets: $0.1 returned to SB.

Results:
Final pot: $1.1

Comments/Criticism welcome.

anyways even though you get great odds I would raise the turn because that small bet makes me think he is very very weak.

i'd fold to the pf raise against a 10% pre-flop raiser, especially since he's raising from the SB.

3 handed I do not mind the call..How long has the game been 3 handed???? The game changes drastically the shorter the game get..

On the flop I do not think you need to make that large of a raise...A raise to 18c will get the same result and accomplish the same thing as a raise to 36c...With this villain's pre-flop aggressive from the SB and his post flop aggro factor I prefer a CALL fearing this villain will shove over the top and push me off my draw..Villains bet is so weak he is giving you great odds to out draw his monsters..Furthermore a weak bet like this is usually one of 3 things a monster(looking to induce a raise so he can shove), a draw or a weak bluff/weak hand...The advantage to calling the flop vs this range is we do not risk getting blown off our hand when villain has a monster and when villain is weak he will often check the turn and either give us a free card or the chance to take the pot away on the turn cheaper then we could via a flop raise..

As played I like the turn action as it does not appear villain is going to fold..PLEASE do not fold on the river to that weak sauce bet getting 11 to 1..The info you gain on how villain plays his hand is worth the "investment" alone not to mention some percentage of the time your hand will be good..Villain could easily be playing KQs in the same fashion..
