4th is a 1,000% clear fold. Why would you continue when you can't beat the aces on board plus there is the chance that he has 3 of them or aces up? your 3 card flush draw do not make a call justified. You may have won the hand ann the battle, but you lost the war.

There are very few absolutes in poker, so when you stumble across one, it's best to commit it to memory: NEVER call on fourth street with one pair that is lower than the pair your opponent has showing. First person to contrive a scenario where it might be correct to do so gets a contract taken out on their life.

Against very loose players at low limits, there are times I'd call with a lower pair. For example...
Full 2-4 game with .25 ante, .50 bring in. I have (9A)9 and bad, loose opponent has (xx)J. 5 people limp. (pot = $4.50) Fourth street: (9A)9J (or 9A)9K/Q) -- with three suited (xx)JJ bets $4 I'd at least take one off.

btw, this is not to imply that in the posted hand a fold was not in order on fourth. It was. The only good thing about this hand is the value bet when the poster sucks out on river.
