villain is 18/8/1.4 through ~120 hands. i havent seen it, but it seems like he would be the type to lrr AA utg at least some % of the time. he hasnt shown down much of anything so far.

so what am i doing on the turn? flop action may be debatable as well.

edit: i removed my turn action.

wouldnt that be a massive overbet? I kinda like a 3bet on the flop.

Was thinking that 3betting flop would be good. Can't really be any reasons for wanting to get to a turn without more money in, as there are plenty of gross cards that can come off.

I can't see any reason to 3-bet the flop unless you have a read that he will stack off with AA in an unraised pot vs obvious strength.

Flop looks good, 3betting isn't great vs a nitty player. I'd probably check/shove this turn though? Looks a lot like a draw and he will look you up lighter on this board, and he is probably never checking behind.

I like a check/call here and evaluate the river.

I think our hand is pretty vulnerable and shouldn't be overvalued in this spot versus a nit (if he is truly a nit that is). CRing the turn seems bad to me.

I think you're rarely up against any straight draws here, and his range (again, assuming he really is a nit) is something like AA/KK/QQ/AKs/AQs/AJs/KQs/KQ/44/33.

When I get a lot of action on this board from a tight UTG limper it seems like they always flip over the set or had an overpair.

I don't think I would build the pot against here unless I have a read my opponent is poor/weak or there was other history. A tight/unknown over a good sample of hands makes me want to exercise caution in this spot.
