Mike M is correct. Versus average or tight opponents you can push any two. Versus a loose opponent push your top 45%. 96o misses the cut in that case.

push, blinds are too high and you're certainly live if you get called. This is a big hand to win as well as it will give you a distinct edge over the other small stack while making yourself a more serious threat to the big stack.
