You ain't got the nuts on this play. BB is check raising you- he's hoping to scoop an extra bet with the nut flush.

2 important reads here:

1. wouldn't ideal line with an A or K high flush be to raise this turn since hero leads flop & turn?
2. villain is good, so 120 to me, seems like a blocking bet to prevent a raise. this puts my read further away from a better flush.

he never checkraised. he called flop and turn bets, then led a 2/3 pot bet into the river.

Interesting spot. Your turn bet may have him wondering whether or not you liked the spade hitting. He may be value betting a hand he chased with like As6x.

I think the good news is, based on his line so far, I don't think the villain is the tricky type to re-raise bluff. You don't know whether he'd call a raise without the nuts, but a small raise is easy to play and has value. Stack sizes would help.
