Default 10NL AK, how do I cbet shorties?

If I c-bet anything here I'm comitted if he pushed right? Too many outs to top pair or straight...

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (SB): $9.90
BB: $10.65
UTG: $9.25
CO: $11.15
BTN: $6.95

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
2 folds, BTN raises to $0.35, Hero raises to $1.20, BB folds, BTN calls $0.85

Flop: ($2.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets?

I wouldn't necessarily count your A and K as clean outs. He could have AJ or KJ or AT or some crap like that, where your top pair would still be beat.

I cbet this spot basically always. What determines whether I'm calling a shove is my read on the opponent in this spot. How often he folds to flop bet, how aggressive he is in general, how often does he go to showdown are stats I would consider. I wouldn't say that calling shove here is bad. It might not be more EV than folding, but quite often I'd call shove.

Either way, he isn't that short, and I think your cbet will take it down often enough where cbetting here is a must IMO. If he just calls cbet, I probably push any non spade & non 9 turn.

I don't think this is an ideal spot to c-bet. 70xbb preflop not really shortstack either. If you bet like 2 something have to call push.

Yes, cbet this youve shown strength here and you have overs + a gutshot. If you get called though be weary on the turn, im inclined to cf if I dont improve (ie.. flush card also hits on the turn).

And as for being commited the pot is going to be $2.40ish? your cbet is for $1.60 you have like $7 behind? thats just me guessing but your not commited.

My inclination here would be to cbet and then fold to a shove. Am I then losing value here?

My thoughts are that he could easily have J10 or QJ being in position and all.
