I think excluding T's out of an unknown's range here is incorrect. I've seen enough slowplays from bad players on drawy boards. And since villain is unknown there's a good change he's a bad player.

I don't think this is a good assumption.

Don't get me wrong, it's close, but I would never expect him to overbet a weaker made hand like this. I think his range is fairly polar between a T and air here, and I'm leaning towards a T due to the bet size and the fact that he probably doesn't expect you to fold a boat.
