If there is no average, then all dealers must make zero.

If there is an A and B and beyond, there will always be an average.

The only two correct answers depending on your perspective are:
1. Too much
2. Not enough

I know a few that make over 100k, but they are good at it and work a lot of hours. I know some that don't make much at all.

My average here has been about $110/day lately, and my shift is usually 6 or 7 hours though. I only work weekends, and lose a little $ due to dealing tournaments a higher percentage of downs than do other shifts.

There are dealers that do a little worse, most seem to do at least a little better in other houses. Then of course the few rare ones that do 2k+ a week easy, but a typical dealer will never come anywhere near this.

On average how much money do Casino Dealers make per year?

[/ QUOTE ]
you subtract the money they lose after their shift, probably around 5 gran a year, that's why some resort to prostitution just to survive.

That's actually not true. There are some distributions which have an undefined average.

So far after moving to vegas I have made $2 this year dealing. i auditioned tonight at Caesars, dealt two hands of 3-6 LHE and received $1 per hand. I offered Terry the $2 since I took hands from his down but he said, it's yours kid.

So $2 per year.
