in order for dude to have 2 pair he'd have to have Q4, Q7, 74 which are some seriously [censored] cards to cold-call the raise from SB. My range for dude would be AA, KK, QQ, 44.
Flop/turn AA(6), KK(6), QQ(3), 44(3) = 15 win, 3 lose river AA(3), KK(6), QQ(3), 44(3) = 12 win, 6 lose So yea, I'd cap the turn and call the river.
