its all support's and software's fault, how can a software not even show when the player is sitting out? i never played on ftp, first time im watching a mtt there, and after today i will probably never play there. if they cant handle a deal in the biggest mtt of ftp HISTORY, i wonder what the do in regular mtts.

I really don't think anyone was in the wrong here. The support here has been ridiculously bad. All of the players were sitting out during the break and support still didn't step in and help with the deal.

I think Full Tilt really needs to work on this and implement something to help players deal because this was horrible.

If FT and Stars could merge their strengths....man.

FT has the best structures, lots of good sats, links to those sats in the tourny lobbies, and did I mention the structures?

Stars has excellent support.

One of these two rooms needs to improve their weakness. I would probably only play at that one room if they could be excellent across the board.

Its pretty standard that there are no deals on FT so this is not normally an issue. Players can work them out themselves, but FTP does nothing to enforce deals AFAIK
