I was watching ESPN today, and they were doing a commercial for ESPN.com and they showed the front page, it had a picture of Vick and I was able to make out the words "marijuana", and I thought it was an old story, maybe the one where he had that water bottle, airport, pot thing. I thought how misleading because someone could watch that and think he got in more trouble, and he's got enough problems. I underestimated him or overestimated him or something.

The latest news is not surprising. It's much easier to predict the behavior of idiots than the actions of intelligent people.

Dumb mistake here by Vick, but can you really blame him? His career is in ruins, he just basically lost scores of millions of dollars, and for the rest of his life he's going to be known as Michael Vick: Dog Torturer.
Oh, and also, he's about to go to jail for a year. If I were in his place, I'd want a joint. And I'd probably be so out of it mentally and emotionally that I'd be making lots of dumb mistakes.

The article says this could impact his sentence.
He is free while awaiting sentencing. Its all up to the judge to decide whether he does 1 year or maybe much more, and he does this. If I was the judge I would definately give him more time for his total disrespect of the law. Anyways gotta go , I have some puppy filets to marinate.
