Default c/r bluff with 66

so far at the table i have been mostly folding, calling and losing, or being aggressive and winning a few big pots, i.e. no crazy bluffs so far. does the play have merit?

villain is 33/19 27hands

my default here is actually c/f because 1.the board is so dry on the flop and 2.the K hits his range hard. is this wrong too?

Bluffing with a pair sucks because almost always when they fold you had the best hand

My turnmove depends on villains showdownfrequency. That said if I were to secondbarrel I wouldn't checkraise. A checkraise gives villain odds 7:1 making it almost correct for him to draw with any pair. Offcourse a good player will recon that he may be drawing dead fold but you have no read that he will do that.
So I just betfold the turn. If I have a passive read on villain I may c/f.

why would be bet here? it's not for value and not a bluff. protection? it's worthless when we are easily behind.

Why villain bets?
Why not value? if we will pay him off with lower pairs or A-high. Then it is a valuebet.
You may argue that if he has K or Q a valuecheck may be better to induce hero to bluff the river but who says we are against such an advanced player.

Why isn't it a bluff? Because he called an uncoordinated flop and the only reasonable hands we beat are like nada except if he is calling the flop with hands like Ahigh or lower pocket pairs. But then the case is protection right?

We are not in position. (Oh, that way, nevermind.)

I'd bet/fold, probably. But I can see a point in c/c-ing twice if he's the type to bet ace high.
