Default 50/100 Foxwoods JJ

foxwoods 50/100.. game is decent.. a few weak tight nits and two solid players, but this hand is against a guy who generally plays bad, but can be spazzy when he tilts and overplay his hands blaming most of it on coolers etc.

he raises UTG+1, i 3-town JJ, we take the flop HU.

flop 8,9, 3 rainbow he bets, i raise, he 3- bets i call.

turn 9 he bets, i raise he calls

river A, he hesitates and checks.. i bet for value and he calls and mucks when i say my hand

wondering how many of you check this river.. or any other comments/suggestions... pretty straightfoward otherwise.

I usually call the turn as I feel like it gets the most money from the right spots.

Allowing him to bluff again on the river? If so, what rivers do you raise and which ones do you call?

i like the way you played the hand. you got one more big bet than i would have, but if youre raising that turn i think you should fold to a 3 bet.
