So what are some standard situations that might occur after a company is delisted and goes back to being private? If you don't know about AIM, what about for Nasdaq?

The shares still exist, you just don't have a market to trade them on... which fwiw, is the same exact situation a Neteller shareholder is in right now

Maybe PLUS (previously Ofex), but I would presume that at whatever point they determined the shares should begin trading again, that they would file to relist on AIM. Does anyone know if there is a process to delay the delisting?

Yes, NETeller can ask AIM for an extension. I think they need to "show cause," but it can be done.

Wasn't Neteller supposed to be on trial again today (May 16th) or was it postponed yet again?

Well, if Gambling911.com doesn't have an article up, you can be pretty sure there aren't even any good rumors on the street yet.

However, had the case actually proceded today, you can be pretty sure that some news outlet would have picked it up, and Google News isn't showing anything as of Wednesday (5/16) evening.
