Frequency of site failure...help!

I am trying to find a reliable source that tracks or has
tracked the degree to which poker and or internet gaming sites have downtime. It doesn't matter if its planned or unplanned downtime essentially I am trying to determine
the reliabilty factor in online sites. I would appreciate
any info/ideas ANYTHING that might aid in this task. Thanks
