There really aren't that many regulars. What you'll see is a number of people opening up several tables at once, but it's not the same people night in, night out. I had a sample of about 8K $16's over the past few months, never played anyone over 250 times and still averaged three completely new opponents per SNG at the end. FWIW, it's pretty much the same at the $27's.
