Default NL10 how should I have played this?

Hi I am a newbie in the NL world and would like some advice on this hand:

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($6.15)
SB ($9.75)
BB ($6.85)
UTG ($10)
MP ($9.80)
Hero ($4.90)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.2, Button calls $0.20, 1 fold, BB calls $0.10.

Flop: ($0.65) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, Button bets $0.65, BB folds, Hero calls $0.65.

Turn: ($1.95) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $0.9, Button calls $0.90.

River: ($3.75) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $1, Button raises to $3.1, Hero calls $2.10.

Final Pot: $9.95

Results in white below:
Hero has Ad Kc (two pair, aces and queens).
Button has 7c 8c (flush, ace high).
Outcome: Button wins $9.95.

What did I do wrong? Did I marry my hand? Should I have check raised on the flop?

SORRY THAT THIS POST GOT PLACED IN THE WRONG FORUM!
CAN SOME NICE MOD MOVE IT?

Hi,

AK is a good hand, but unfortunately you hold the A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], thats a pretty bad card. I would stay clear of all hands that contain that card. I believe it may be a conspiracy amongst online sites that this card triggers bad beats..

Therefore you should muck this PF, but if you have to play it at least only pay the minimum.

Personally I love your flop check, its a pretty sick way to hide ur hand. No one will know what ur doing, its genius.

As for the river I can't believe you didn't move all in, just 'cause you've got the A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] doesn't mean u always lose. You've got the K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] thats got to be worth something.

You played it fine. Minimum raise pre flop is perfect. I might have stayed with that though instead raising the bets.

I just love how you played this. What's your screen name again?

It's also great that you posted it in a limit forum. Expert.

But on the river it is possible that he hit his flush draw, is it wise to go all in in that scenario? Or just check?

Two things I think I would have done is: reraised him on the flop to stop his possible flush draw. I should also have folded on the river when he reraised me.

Any thoughts?

Those queens are bad. All the horny players at the table are going to play any Qx for dear life. You're drawing to 2 outs. Just open fold the flop. And if you're going to post the results, you should ask permission of all involved players first, as well as their mothers. Don't forget the hosting site too.
