Villan Iv never seen before but, Im getting the feeling hes a total nit early on.

I have A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2-3 limpers in a 9 handed game I check in the sb as does bb.

Flop: AK10 all [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]s I lead for 50, villan calls everyone else mucks.

Turn: K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] I check villan bets 120. I think for a long time really looking agonized and call

River: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] I check villan bets 120 without thinking hero?

At the time this is absolutely what I felt was correct, this guy had it already or hit it on the turn.

You planned to play a small pot when you decided not to raise preflop. You led out with top pair and a draw to the nut flush. The nit's call could be a made flush slow playing, or 2-pair or a set of tens or a straight. His big bet on the paired turn (1) kills your pot odds to draw to a flush, (2) even if you hit your flush, you might now be drawing dead vs a full house. So, c/f the turn.
