Default on the bubble

I know that you are suppose to play extremely aggressive on the bubble, but I don't know exactly what that means. Can someone offer a good on the bubble strategy?

this hand illustrates the basics... my cards dont matter as BB should not call here with practically anything; the reason should be obvious
