Nothing has been smashed yet.....but i do suffer from the foul mouth of a hells angels biker. My husband calls it my "poker tourettes" (sp?)...im sure the neighbours think i work by the wharf sometimes.

I punched the monitor on my gf's laptop. Created a nice spiderweb crack. Had to go out and buy her a new LCD monitor to hook up to the laptop. That was awesome when i told her that I broker her computer because I got p*ssed while playing poker. Fun times.

Used to constantly punch doors and walls to the point of really hurting my hand.

i also threw a set of keys into a wall so hard that the wall is indented in the shape of keys and there is even a little bit of blue from the keys stuck in there as well

The punching bag will probably pay for itself in a very short time for many people, I know it has for me. Funny thing is, I may be the calmest person in the world in a B&M room but I have done some storming and stewing in front of the computer.

19) i cracked this wood paneling, about 3/8" thick. (i don't have sheetrock, i lived in a log cabin) that one really hurt, but the crack isn't too noticeable.
20) tore "Sometimes a Great Notion" to shreds one day
