Intercasino changed WR to 50 x

Pontoon's been lumped in with BJ since a few months ago, it was definitely 50x when I cleared it with Pontoon. They caught that loophole a long time ago, unfortunately.

FWIW, thanks to the bigger WR, I had an opportunity to run my balance up to $550. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] I've done this bonus regularly since November and I've busted only once, finished way above EV the rest of the time.

I've heard that Intercasino has removed their earlier rule about carrying over the remaining wagering if you bust. So attempting to reach a target prior to completing the wagering with higher variance bets has various benefits, including increasing EV and reducing time spent clearing the bonus. The obvious downside is increasing the risk of busting.

There a many ways you could do this... half or full bankroll bets; start out by rapidly clearing the wagering with $25+ bets until you reach a desired target, then switch to small bets; start out with a higher variance game like VP, then switch to a lower variance game like BJ after reaching target; etc.

This bonus is good for blowing off steam now at least. I was steaming last night and fired it up, betting 20-30$ per hand (when I usually bet ~5) and finished up 500. Didn't even take that long [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I was thinking of going over to slots at 18x instead of BJ at 50x. The HA will be higher maybe offset by the lower WR. Does anyone know what the HA is for the Crypto slots or War?

Don't forget VP with half the wagering of BJ. The house edge in double bonus is 0.89% (jacks or better is not full pay), making the VP unlimited bankroll EV $100 - (2500*0.0089) = $78.

Also, unless something has changed recently the house edge in Crypto BJ is not 0.75%. It is ~0.49% with multi-deck (single deck is not allowed at Intercasino), making the BJ unlimited bankroll EV $100 - ($5000*0.0049) = $75.5 . Pontoon is slightly higher -- $81 -- at the cost of a significantly higher variance.

With flat betting, the variance over the course of the wagering is 50% larger with 10-hand VP than standard BJ, in spite of the smaller wagering. With an equal number of hands (half the bet size on 10-hand VP), variance is similar between BJ and VP.
