Third street action is confusing.

Pot is way too big to fold 4th in hand 1 I think, especially given how bad seat 8 is. I could almost find a raise on the river against him if the other guy had folded. With an 8 it would have been easy. With the caller I think a raise without making the 7 would be bad.

Hand 2 if the seat 8 is the same moran from before then perfect hand. Looking at 4th street I'm sure it's him.

Other than not winning either hand I don't think you did anything wrong. You could also improve your play by PMing me seat 8's screen name so I can sit the next time he plays.

Converter missed the bringin. Obviously, seat 4 brings in, I limp with (A7)4, seat 8 completes with a 9 showing, seat 3 reraises with a 6 showing, I limp/3-bet, seat 8 calls (????), and seat 3 caps.

Seemed like the pots got big in both hands because there was jamming in early streets in the unsuccessful attempt to get it HU.

I thought I might be criticized for open limping in hand 1, but my style is to open limp a lot in early position.

This is absurd.

Pot manipulation arguments are always a bit suspect, but even the strongest proponent of pot manipulation would not favor flat calling and letting the 9 up (!) in for the minimum price with his huge dog of a hand.
