Re: 54s rr-ed pot
I'd expect he'd play TT-AA the exact same way and at least a few other hands given the history of cbet floating.
You have 28% equity against TT-AA. I think you have a ton of FE against JJ/QQ - maybe even against more, some people will never stack with a single pair for 180BB - and you can easily rep the boat here. I shove. |

Re: 54s rr-ed pot
I think I like a shove here. 300 into 720 pot. Someone mentioned 28% equity against his AA-JJ range, though prob a bit wider if he's getting sick of you. Even with the tighter range though he only needs to fold 13% of time, basically half the time when he has JJ, and he's folding more than that.

Re: 54s rr-ed pot
since you got to the turn this way i think a shove is good. c/cflop, c/shove turn looks so much like 33/TT that he has a really tough call with any hands other than AA and TT. JJ definitely folds, QQ probably folds, KK meh whatever you have outs, same with AA. and of course he folds whatever else he might be double barreling with.
but c'mon bro, just fold PF! you have like the best possible board and youre still in a [censored] spot with a tough decison |

Re: 54s rr-ed pot
I like a shove. He has an overpair a lot here and don't tight TAGs fold overpairs for 200BBs? Only one way to find out.

Re: 54s rr-ed pot
Given the hand you described before this one i'm almost solely putting this guy on TT to be betting that agressively after you C-C his flop bet.
If you held an OESFD without the board pairing i'd probably call, but with the pair a flush just isn't helping. I think i can only find a fold here. Based only on your read of him being tight and the previous hand you mentioned. |

Re: 54s rr-ed pot
Shove, if you think he can fold an overpair. He has an overpair. Unless it was 10/10 you have substantial fold equity, and probably a good number of clean outs. And I think AA/KK/QQ is way more likely.

Re: 54s rr-ed pot
One more thing. If you find a way to lay this hand down, you might want to re-think the whole calling a rr with 54s out of position thing over.

Re: 54s rr-ed pot
Raise the flop IMO.
If you call OOP with this crap you gotta bluff and semi-bluff or else pre-flop makes no sense. |
