Default TPGK vs. check-minraising half-stacker

Reads: I've been playing very aggressively but have manipulated him well and am up about 300 against him. Haven't seen any check-raising from him really, but he's giving me no credit and I'm leaning toward thinking he's weak here. When I cbet the flop and slow down on the turn, my river bets are getting no credit.

Seat 2: Monkeyspike1 ($236.30)
Militate posts the small blind of $2
Monkeyspike1 posts the big blind of $4
The button is in seat #1
