Stars Pokertracker import

How do you guys import your SNG's from Pokerstars in an easy way? The directions at the PT-help seems to be a major hazzle. Anybody has a shortcut or some advice?

Have tourney summaries sent to you and then import them set up pop3 settings in pokertracker.
