I just can't imagine that we're ahead often enough to make a call profitable.

wtf? Seriously?

You do realize it's only $125 to call, right?

[/ QUOTE ]

No read on player besdies stats? I guess against soem its' an insta-call, but against others what do you beat here? AJ and a bluff....

I think a bluff is a HUGE part of his range, here.

Even ignoring thinish value bets (I would shove any A here, as villain, for value), I still think this is an incredibly easy call.

Seriously, u gotta look at what he might have too. What does AK beat here...AJ and a bluff...still dont think he will call such a big reraise with AJ (how has he played earlier?,he might have 3bet u alot but has he called your 3bets alot?), i think he has set of 10īs or AQ and puts u exactly on AK.
So fold river, but for heavens sake bet the flop.

He's bluffing here a LOT, you showed no strength postflop at all and he probably puts you exactly on KK (wether thats correct or not is besides the point). If you induce bluffs you have to call them...

Also please bet the flop and if not the turn.

If you covered villain I'd fold, but 125 into a 170 pot with a under-reped hand on a board where most draws have missed I'd call.

Bet the flop as well, there are lots of draws possible and playing when they come in out of position is tricky if you havnt gone some length to define your opponents calls.
