Most overrated movies of all time?

of the ones i've seen, which is like 5 of them, King Kong, Roger & Me, Halloween, and The Terminator. are over rated.

It wasn't that which I found so crazy. It was that he followed it by saying Wedding Crashers was funny. That movie sucked after the first half hour and I'm a huge fan of the Vaughn/Wilson/Ferrell movies.

btw, does anyone else think that the Tom Hagen character in the Godfather films seemed out of place and kind of goofy?

Face/Off
Mission Impossible II
The Rock
Independence Day
Spiderman
Anything involving Jim Carrey with the exception of Dumb and Dumber

I am also of the (shockingly minority) opinion that the original Terminator is miles better than TII, which was watchable but not memorable in the least.
