An 11/6 cold called 2 raises pre-flop. His range is extremely narrow IMO.

probably not too horrible, but c/c-ing flop and c/f-ing turn or b/f-ing flop could have its merits.

I lead this flop and fold safely to a raise.

The play is ok I think, but I see a point too lead this flop and see what happens... But by checking I think you will get info on how strong the Villian is. I honestly think he would check any hand that we beat and bet all hands we loose.

1k I think is a decent sample. A read is a read, you really are behind his range once he bets. I would betfold though, I am certain most people cold call AK in his spot preflop.

Why not lead this flop? You were the aggressor preflop with a reraise, and the other two players submitted and just called. This pot is your right now so fire at it on the flop and see what the reaction is. Just because he's a tight player doesn't mean he's not calling here with AK preflop. Seen that before.

11/6 is very tight and if the guy is a winner or a small loser I'm pretty sure he will not cold call 2 bets with AK.

But even if he is, he will for sure not bet the flop with a missed AK so why would we want to bet?

I guess your argument is that he will fold his AK to a bet. But this means we are on a negative freeroll. Our bet is either returned uncalled or we will be crushed.

So the options are:

1) Check and find out if he has AK for free
2) Bet and find out if he has AK for the price of a bet

Generally, if we only find one hand that we can beat and if this hand is not really likely but more of a whish, then we shouldn't put all our hopes on this hand.

If you gonna 3bet pf, you have to Cbet this flop IMO, I mean what flop are we hoping for with QQ? I would`t be worried about KK-AA atm. Just bet and if he calls I check turn and see what develops.

btw, are you really piscogay at Stars ?

i am putting him on ak of hearts, don't think he will cold call with aa's or kk's with someone behind him, 11/6 is pretty tight in a 6max
