Not for nothin' (as we say in Rhode Island), but I think people who post 9 hours after they say they're logging off for good are bad people.

Now go away. The kiddie game is down the street.

Yeah, I hate it when players show me their bluffs and then lose 100BB pots against me when they make PSB bets on loaded boards and I call them down [censored] light and then whip my metaphysical [censored] out and slap them on the face as they sit out and wonder "what went wrong."

Just recently I was playing a 1/2nl game at a B&M.

When the following happend.

I have 10d-8c in the BB. Few limpers

flop 10c-8s-2s

I bet $15

1caller

(button) Raises to $30

I go all in for $100.

Button- Agonizes, stalls checks, his cards looks at me...then pauses and says "whts ur kicker" (I stay quite), then he finally Calls.

And on the river I flip over my 2 pair.

And He slowly, turns over 2-2 for a Flopped Set!

People in B&M. are low life scums! I'm sick of playing in casinos.

I'm done!

When you're playing poker, and someone beats you then turns over their cards to show you the bluff... that's a horrible person. They'll always be a horrible person. I don't care what it's intended to do, the person that does it is someone you should avoid in future. They're horrible people that just want to rub things in your face. They have something to prove. That's my take on people that turn their cards over to show their bluff. It's inexcusable behavior.

This is true about some people - they take great pleasure in getting the reaction from others.

However, you must realize that many people do this strictly for strategic purposes - to elicit the kind of emotional reaction your post is dripping with - in order to make that person make decisions that will be affected by those emotion, which earns the bluffer more money.

But come on - you know that already don't you?

How could anyone prefer less information to more information?

If you lack control over your emotional response than you shouldn't play poker.
