not all bad tags are created equal, but a couple common leaks might be:
c-betting too much (many will c-bet every time, regardless of opponent or board texture)
opening a wide range in the CO and OTB, and then folding all but their strongest hands to reraises

i'm not entirely sure these are precisely leaks, since they will work reasonably well against most opponents at lowish stakes, but they're definitely very exploitable tendencies, and since most bad tags play a lot of tables, they often won't even notice if you start exploiting them (and many wouldn't know how to adapt even if they did notice)

Hard to generalise but here are a few:

cant lay down a big hand whn they know they are beat. they wait for a hand for an hour then cant lay it down against a horrible flop
con bets every flop, and either folding to every sign of resistance or not letting hands go when they should
dont concentrate on the game as much as LAGs who need to play the player more often than the cards.
PLays too tight and lets himself get blinded out
