Yeah I liked the CR AI here too. But ran into a big hand...I checked, with the intention of CR AI but can I put villain on two pair + here from his turn play?

Absent a read in a 3 bet steal raise pot I can not give an unknown villain enough credit to fold..

Well it smells like either AJ which would be bad, or AQc possibly, maybe another AK, set of 2s or 4s seems very unlikely to me, if he has then he's pretty dumb, and his stats suggest he is sensible. Perhaps he floated the flop with JJ.
